In this program, we’ll break down friendship by showing the 3 Requirements of all healthy relationships so everyone knows exactly how they can foster the connection we all crave.

The most important relationship you’ll ever have in life is your relationship with yourself. And that one is for life. So how does this very personal friendship impact all of the external friendships you either have or want more of? In this session, we’ll break down two BFF relationships and what it takes to get to that level. There is no magic here. It takes work. But it’s worth it all!
